Day job: I am a PhD student in Space Physics at Imperial College London, supervised by Robert J. Forsyth. I am spending my time investigating the evolution of solar storms (aka. coronal mass ejections) as they move towards the Earth. I have spent some of my time analysing in situ data from spacecraft (i.e. details of the storms’ plasma properties as they fly over the spacecraft), but the majority of my work involves data from STEREO HI cameras. Due to the sheer volume of data I have concentrated my work on particular case studies.
